Aria2 Explorer Extension for Chrome

Tip: You should config auto-capture funtion in extension option page.
Token RPC URL example: http://token:yoursecretkey@ip:6800/jsonrpc
AND config aria2c remote management funtion in AriaNG setting page.

White-list and Black-list are co-exsisted. White-list will be processed firstly
when they are conflicted.
