A web tool that allows you to record a video in your browser using your webcam and upload it to Google Drive.
Perfect for students using Chromebooks or other laptops to share videos with teachers, either directly through Google Drive, or using a tool like Google Classroom / Hapara Teacher Dashboard.
Useful for:
• Recording interactions in foreign languages for practise or assessment;
• Collecting feedback from students;
• Demonstrating skills, allowing students to rewind and learn at their own pace.
The video uploads while the student is recording, which cuts time spent at the end of a class waiting for videos to upload on a congested WiFi network.
For student privacy purposes, the video streams directly from the browser to Google Drive, without going through intermediate servers.
