Adblock Plus is the most popular ad blocker ever, and also supports websites by not blocking unobtrusive ads by default (configurable).
This development build represents the most current state of Adblock Plus development, changes will be available before they are officially released. However, development builds haven't been tested quite as well as the stable release so there might be issues.
